The location is very convenient, especially with the underground q-park car park nearby (prebooking a discounted rate is a good idea!). The staff was helpful. They made me aware of the parking discount. Breakfast offered good variety with both cooked and cold options. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

the room i got faced the street it was a bit noisy at night even with the windows closed it disturbed my sleep also the air conditioning did not seem to work properly making the room stuffy and uncomfortable i ended up opening a window but , made the noise issue worse the shower drain was slow too it was annoying
